{"id":877,"date":"2019-03-13T12:37:18","date_gmt":"2019-03-13T12:37:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/saboresdechuso.com\/?p=877"},"modified":"2019-03-13T12:37:18","modified_gmt":"2019-03-13T12:37:18","slug":"vieiras-con-gazpacho-de-remolacha","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saboresdechuso.com\/index.php\/2019\/03\/13\/vieiras-con-gazpacho-de-remolacha\/","title":{"rendered":"Vieiras con gazpacho de remolacha"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color:#800000;\">Origen<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una amiga me paso una foto de unas Vieiras sobre gazpacho , e intent\u00e9 recrear el plato a mi manera.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#800000;\">Ingredientes (4 personas)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>8 Vieiras<\/p>\n<p>Gazpacho de remolacha (ver receta en este post <a href=\"https:\/\/saboresdechuso.com\/2018\/08\/14\/gazpacho-de-remolacha\/\">Gazpacho de remolacha<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Una lata de anchoas<\/p>\n<p>Alcaparras y pepinillos<\/p>\n<p>Mantequilla , sal y pimienta<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#800000;\">Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preparamos el gazpacho dejamos enfriar.<\/p>\n<p>Envasamos la vieiras al vac\u00edo y cocemos 10 minutos a 55\u00baC en la Roner.<\/p>\n<p>Si no ten\u00e9is una poner os pod\u00e9is saltar este paso y marcarlas un poco m\u00e1s al final.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez listas las Vieiras , las marcamos con mantequilla espumosa un minuto por cada lado. (si no las cociste , d\u00e9jalas 2 minutos). Deben quedar doraditas.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#800000;\">Presentaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Colocar el gazpacho en el fondo, disponer las Vierias sobre \u00e9l y adornar con alcaparras y pepinillo picados finos.
