{"id":640,"date":"2018-08-15T11:31:25","date_gmt":"2018-08-15T11:31:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/saboresdechuso.com\/?p=640"},"modified":"2018-08-15T11:31:25","modified_gmt":"2018-08-15T11:31:25","slug":"gazpacho-de-sandia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saboresdechuso.com\/index.php\/2018\/08\/15\/gazpacho-de-sandia\/","title":{"rendered":"Gazpacho de sandia"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><span style=\"color:#800000;\">Origen:<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La receta la vi en &#8220;directo al paladar&#8221; y adem\u00e1s en casa ya lo hab\u00edamos hecho alguna vez , con una receta de mi mujer.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color:#800000;\">Ingredientes (6 personas)<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"co8aDb\">600 gramos de tomate maduro<\/li>\n<li class=\"co8aDb\">500 gramos de sand\u00eda<\/li>\n<li class=\"co8aDb\">35 gramos de cebolla.<\/li>\n<li class=\"co8aDb\">40 gramos de pimiento verde.<\/li>\n<li class=\"co8aDb\">1 diente de ajo peque\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li class=\"co8aDb\">1 cucharada de Aceite de Oliva.<\/li>\n<li class=\"co8aDb\">Entre 1 y 3 cucharadas de vinagre de vino blanco (al gusto)<\/li>\n<li class=\"co8aDb\">sal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color:#800000;\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pelamos la sand\u00eda y quitamos las pipas. Pelamos los tomates (escaldarlos 2-3 minutos para que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil). Cortamos todas las verduras en trozos y la sand\u00eda y las ponemos en un vaso americano.
