{"id":639,"date":"2018-08-14T17:48:18","date_gmt":"2018-08-14T17:48:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/saboresdechuso.com\/?p=639"},"modified":"2018-08-14T17:48:18","modified_gmt":"2018-08-14T17:48:18","slug":"gazpacho-de-remolacha","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saboresdechuso.com\/index.php\/2018\/08\/14\/gazpacho-de-remolacha\/","title":{"rendered":"Gazpacho de remolacha"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color:#800000;\">Origen:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La idea para esta receta me la paso mi mujer, no se de donde la saco , pero la idea es genial.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#800000;\">Ingredientes (4 personas)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1 kg de tomates maduros<\/p>\n<p>50 gr de remolacha cocida<\/p>\n<p>25 gr de pan duro<\/p>\n<p>10 gr de pimiento verde<\/p>\n<p>15 gr de cebolla<\/p>\n<p>50 ml de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p>1 yogurt cremoso<\/p>\n<p>10 ml de vinagre de Jerez, sal y de guarnici\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>queso de burgos y albahaca picado<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#800000;\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Escaldamos los tomes 2 -3 minutos para pelarlos y los cortamos en trozos, los dejamos en un bol con el pan, para que este se remoje. A\u00f1adimos la remolacha en trozos , el pimiento y la cebolla. Lo ponemos todo en un vaso americano junto con el yogurt y lo trituramos.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adimos el aceite y el vinagre y salamos al gusto.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#800000;\">Presentaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Poner en un taz\u00f3n y adornar con cuadradillos de queso y albahaca picada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Origen: La idea para esta receta me la paso mi mujer, no se de donde la saco , pero la idea es genial.
