Utiliza la t\u00e9cnica de impregnaci\u00f3n usando un bote con bomba de vac\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#993366;\">Ingredientes (aperitivo para 6 personas)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>20 tomates cherry<\/p>\n<p>50 ml de vodka<\/p>\n<p>50 g de T&amp;T (mezcla a partes iguales de az\u00facar y agua)<\/p>\n<p>Sal de apio (Yo no ten\u00eda as\u00ed que use sal normal)<\/p>\n<p>Tabasco<\/p>\n<p>Hojas tiernas de apio ( Yo utilice unas hojitas de hierbabuena)<\/p>\n<p>Sal y pimienta<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#993366;\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hervimos el agua con az\u00facar 5 minutos. Mezclamos con todos los ingredientes arom\u00e1ticos , el vodka , sal y pimienta y dejamos reposar 20 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Escaldamos los tomates y los pelamos.
