La Quinoa es un alimento f\u00e1cil de preparar y que combina con un mont\u00f3n de ingredientes, por lo que puedes crear tu propia ensalada.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#800000;\">Ingredientes (2 personas)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>100 gr de quinoa<\/p>\n<p>50 gr de salm\u00f3n ahumado<\/p>\n<p>50 gr de bacalao en aceite<\/p>\n<p>20 gr de anacardos<\/p>\n<p>20 gr de nueces<\/p>\n<p>R\u00facula , berros y cualquier otra hoja verde que os apetezca<\/p>\n<p>8 Tomatitos cherry medianos<\/p>\n<p>Sal, pimienta , 1 lim\u00f3n y vinagre de jerez (para el ali\u00f1o)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#800000;\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Lavamos la quinoa varias veces y la dejamos en agua fr\u00eda 30m para quitarle el amargor.<\/p>\n<p>La cocemos en agua con sal unos 10-12 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>En un bol la mezclamos con el resto de ingredientes cortados en trozos peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Ali\u00f1amos con sal , pimienta , zumo de lim\u00f3n y un chorrito de vinagre de jerez.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#800000;\">Presentaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n he usado un molde de flan y en el hueco central lo he adornado con r\u00facula y anacardos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Origen En verano apetecen mucho las ensaladas fresqueras.
