Si lo haces todo junto se contaminar\u00e1 con el color de la lombarda. As\u00ed que es mejor hacer la lombarda por separado y los champi\u00f1ones por otro lado junto con el perejil.<\/p>\n<p>Los podeis dejar &#8220;al dente&#8221; o pasarlos m\u00e1s, eso va en gustos. No pongas mucho aceite en cualquier caso, hacerlos a fuego lento y con poca grasa. A\u00f1adid la copita de jerez a la lombarda cuando este casi hecha.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez braseados los champis y la lombarda , lo juntamos todo , le damos una unas vueltas y los adornamos con el mango cortado en dados.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#800000;\">Presentaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Servir en un plato templado y adornar con un par de dados de mango y una ramita de perejil.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Origen La receta la public\u00f3 &#8220;Miri&#8221; de master chef en su cuenta de instagram.
