A\u00f1adir sal y pimienta. Fre\u00edmos unos 3 minutos , a\u00f1adimos el caldo y cocemos hasta que casi no quede liquido. Ponemos las espinacas y cocinamos 2 minutos, bajamos el fuego. Hacemos unos huecos en la mezcla para poner los huevos, los colocamos y ponemos feta alrededor . Tapamos la sart\u00e9n y dejamos que se hagan los huevos 4-5 minutos.
