Dejar marinar una hora , al menos. Ensarta las uvas en brochetas y reserva la marinada para empatar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brasea las uvas en una parrilla 2-3 minutos d\u00e1ndoles la vuelta .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-bright-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Presentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pon la bola de burrata en elplato , a\u00f1ade varias brochetas , riega todo con la marinada y espolvorea con el resto de semillas de hinojo y coloca la albahaca .<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Origen Receta del libro SIMPLE de Ottolengui.
