Estrellas receta mela he inventado , pero respeta los ingredientes b\u00e1sicos de un pesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-bright-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>10 ramilletes de albahaca fresca<\/li><li>1 diente de ajo<\/li><li>1\/2 taza de Aceite<\/li><li>1 pu\u00f1ado avellanas (la receta original de pesto se hace con pi\u00f1ones)<\/li><li>1\/2 taza de queso parmesano rallado<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>1 berenjena<\/li><li>Spaghetti o alguna otra pasta (En Genova se suelen servir con Trofi)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-bright-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cortar la berenjena en dados, la fre\u00edmos en aceite y la ponemos con sal en un colador para que quede seca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el pesto, ponemos todos los ingredientes en un procesador de alimentos y lo trituramos todo junto.
