A\u00f1adimos los pimientos y el tomate (sin piel) troceados. Lo dejamos cocinar unos 15 minutos. Ponemos sal , pimienta , ras el hanout (o alguna otra especia que os guste), tomillo , romero y el chile . Poner a fuego vivo para que se consuma el agua de los tomates.
