Vamos a\u00f1adiendo progresivamente el l\u00edquido y removiendo con una cuchara de madera hasta que se mezclen los ingredientes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasamos la mezcla a una mesa de trabajo y&nbsp;<strong>amasamos durante 10 minutos<\/strong>. Pasado el tiempo incorporamos la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente y seguimos trabajando la masa intentando no incorporar m\u00e1s harina para que no quede seca. Lo ideal ser\u00eda amasarla con el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.directoalpaladar.com\/cultura-gastronomica\/como-amasar-con-el-metodo-bertinet\">m\u00e9todo de amasado franc\u00e9s<\/a>&nbsp;a no ser que dispong\u00e1is de un robot amasador.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comprobamos que la masa est\u00e1 en su punto cogiendo una peque\u00f1a porci\u00f3n y estir\u00e1ndola muy fina con los dedos.&nbsp;<strong>El velo que se forma no se debe de romper<\/strong>&nbsp;o si se rompe debe hacer agujeros redondos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dejamos reposar en bola hasta que doble su volumen. Desgasificamos y formamos la barra.
