Sumergirlos 4 minutos en una salmuera al 10%.<br>Introducir los lomos en una bolsa de vac\u00edo , con un chorrito de aceite y cocinar a 55\u00ba durante 4 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n colocamos papel de horno, para evitar que se peguen las pieles y marcamos los salmones despu\u00e9s de cocinados para que queden dorados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Limpiamos las fresas, partimos por la mitad y ponemos en una bolsa de vac\u00edo con un chorrito de vinagre de M\u00f3dena y pimienta blanca. Cocinar a 65\u00ba durante una hora.
